One to two hour verbal consultation in which advice is given to the homeowner and/or listing agent. The advice may include cosmetic fixes, furniture placement and arrangement. The homeowner or agent then may chose to do some of the work themselves or hire the stager.

Written Consultations

Stager views the property, takes photos and provides a written report. The report may include furniture placement, common repairs, cleaning, curb appeal, declutter advice, accessories, and paint color recommendations.
